Kai Grow is all about supporting our community through gardens, and all things dirt.

We work with the local community to make the most of private and public spaces for growing kai.  This includes education around what to grow and when, how to raise seedling as well as the creation of market and urban gardens.

Upcoming projects include working with local schools around how to best utilise tricky or unused spaces, education programme for the community regarding what to grow and when, and sessions on the use of espalier fruit trees and vertical growing.  

Produce grown on site will be utilised to support our kai packs, community meal nights and for Pataka Kai in our community.
